Job Title: Security Supervisor

Job Description
- A Prominent Security Firm in the above location needs the services of Security Supervisors urgently.
- The Supervisors are under the direct supervision of a Security Operations Managers.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Security Supervisors are but NOT limited to the following:
- Supervise and oversee security functions in an organization.
- Train and schedule programs and functions to security personnel.
- Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security personnel.
- Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.
- Provide security to office staff, buildings and properties.
- Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers.
- Screen visitors before allowing them to enter the premises.
- Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition.
- Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
- Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.
- Liaise with the Client of daily basis on how our operatives are working and make recommendations on new ideas.
- Ensurethat all patrol personnels areassigned to a patrol area and that they understand their duties and responsibilities.
- Ensuring that patrol personnel remains in their assigned patrol areas.
- Being aware of all applicable departmental instructions, procedures, and policies that affect the proper performance of duty.
- Supervisors are held responsible for the accuracy, grammar, and format of reports submitted by their assigned personnel. Good reports can aid in reducing the administrative burden on higher-level supervisory personnel, resulting in cost reductions.
- They take absolute control of various forms, logs, and records used by security personnel.
- Serving as an information source for the patrol units.
- Maintaining the desk journal which is the official record of all patrol radio traffic. It is filed chronologically by date and serves as a backup reference and support for other reports.
- It is imperative that the radio log contains the source, time, and substance of conversation on all routine calls. In cases of serious incidents, an incident complaint report (ICR) will be completed.
- Extending military courtesies and making quick decisions based on judgment and common sense.
- Ensuring that each trainee receives extensive training in accordance with departmental procedures and policies.
- Keeping abreast of all new and updated changes.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of HND / B.Sc, Professional Certification in Industrial Securitty, Para-Military,e.t.c.
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in Industrial Security
- Ability to Ride Bike
- Must be conversant with Lagos routes
- Ability to interface with Clients
- Ability to Negotiate and defend the Company
- Should be able to write detailed Daily Reports
- Must reside within Lekki, Obalende, VI/LI & Ajah can Ride a Bike

Job Title: Security Operations Manager

Job Description
- The Operations Managers will be under the direct supervision of the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Security Supervisors are but NOT limited to the following:
- Develop and implement security strategies, policies and procedures.
- Develop and deploy risk management protocols and issues.
- Resolve disputes, complaints, lapses, and letups by strengthening the security systems.
- Develop and deploy information privacy policies.
- Implement actions in support of the organization’s risk management processes.
- Recommend and manage security audits on a periodical basis.
- Monitor information privacy and security issues that affect the Company.
- Assess and evaluate threats, vulnerabilities and other risk factorsthat might affect productivity and the property of the business.
- Implement sanctions where necessary.
- Recommend and communicate security processes to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and conduct security awareness programs for all personnel.
- Liaise with the Clients on daily basis to maintain a good corporate relationship.
- Reports directly to the Managing Director on daily basis
- Develop and design security and safety devices and products according to client specifications.
- Maintain and manage security systems and safety products and equipment.
- Conduct security checks and inspections of systems and network processes.
- Perform auditory checks on all security and safety initiatives.
- Protect internal information systems and sensitive databases.
- Provide business clients and customers with the best possible security services.
- Design customer specific security policy, procedures and industry standards.
- Review, analyze and fine tune security and safety systems from time to time.
- Investigate and communicate security violations and infringements.
- Ensure corporate laws and regulations in designing security and safety aspects
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of HND / B.Sc, Professional Certificationsin Industrial Security, Para-Military,e.t.c.
- Minimum of 10 Years of experience in Industrial Security
- Ability to Drive and conversant with Lagos routes.
- Must be conversant with Industry Policies and Procedures
- Ability to interface with Clients
- Ability to Negotiatewith the Clientsand defend the Company
- Should be able to write detailed Reports
- Must reside within Lekki, Ajah, VI/LI, Obalende, axis
Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / Month
