Job Title: QUALITY CONTROL IN-CHARGE
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities include:
Principal Responsibility:
- - Ensures production staff products meet acceptable quality standards.
- -Ensures that the inputs and outputs from various machines meets agreed quality
- -Coordinate employee efforts, and facilitate communications between management and production departments.
- -Reviews the Standard Operatory Procedures as at well due
- -Stand in as auditee during internal and externally of the qc department.
- -Run the day to day activities of the qc department.
- Carry out appraisal for direct report
Education and Experience
· BSc or HND in Chemistry or related discipline.
· Quality Management System Auditor
· Food Safety Management system audit Knowledge
Key Competencies
· Working well under pressure
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Relevant technical knowledge
Experience required for the position:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position in packaging company.
Job Title: MAINTAINACE IN-CHARGE
Principal Responsibility:
- · planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
- · responding to breakdowns
- · diagnosing faults
- · repairing equipment
- · supervising engineering and technical staff
- · obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
- · managing budgets
- · maintaining statistical and financial records
- · ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- · creating maintenance procedures
- · managing stocks of supplies and equipment
Shift and 'on-call' work may be
required, particularly where manufacturing equipment is in continual
24-hour operation. Career progression is often accelerated with a move
into managerial positions or related areas of employment such as
plant/production engineering.

A B.Eng, particularly in electrical, manufacturing, mechanical or production engineering.

Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER - FACTORY
Responsibilities
- Provide human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies
- Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies, etc. -
- Responsible for HRIS administration and maintenance.
- Perform other related duties
as assigned. - Support the administration of Worker’s Compensation and
coordination of workplace safety programs. - Conduct training sessions
related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
- Plan and participate in Division Talent Management and Succession
- Review performance appriaisals of staff
- Schedule and create project assignment to meet completion dates.
- Source, screen and recommend candidates for employment and conduct new employee orientation.
- Facilitate internal/external Health and Wellness activities.
- Create facilitate communication and employee involvement initiative. -
- Administer local salary performance review procedure, and employment related policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- People Soft experience a plus.
- Experience in maintaining a nonunion presence or in the
administration of a collective bargaining agreement including grievance
investigation, responses and participation in contract negotiations
desirable.
- 4 plus years of related experience in a manufacturing setting.
- 3-5 years HR generalist experience. -
- Superior interpersonal skills and time management.
- Proficient in all MS Office applications.
