Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Sell company products and services in your assigned work platform.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Use your assigned work platform to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Manage large amount of website, WhatsApp, Instagram or any social media platform assigned orders, and attend to incoming calls and customer orders.
- Cancel or upgrade orders.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Advise customers on company products and services.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Generate sales and close Transactions.
- Act as the face of the company.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
- Handle product recalls.
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with customer service supervisor to ensure proper customer service is delivered.
- Close out or open call records.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Knowing the Company’s products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years relevant work experience.
Job Title: Marketer / Sales Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
- Persist in sales even in the face of failure.
- Establishing new businesses, organizing sales visits and ensuring all pre-assigned sales target is met monthly.
- Initiate sales campaigns to meet sales expectations.
- Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or applications.
- Complete sales reports, or other paperwork on a weekly basis.
- Negotiate prices within the company’s acceptable range for each product.
- Verify delivery schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to sell products and services.
- Identify prospective customers using business directories, leads from existing clients.
- Advise customers on product usage to improve sales.
- Constantly learn about new products and explain specific features of various products to customers.
- Visit establishments to evaluate needs or promote products
- Maintain customer record.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and accessories.
- Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Volume of closed sales, relative to target.
- Leads converted to sales, relative to leads pursued.
- Client satisfaction rating.
- Customer retention versus customer attrition.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any relevant discipline.
- Proven experience as a marketer/sales Executive
- 3 years minimum working experience
- Must have had experience in the sales of tangible product (e.g. clothes)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Go getter, personable, team player with good relationships skills
- Must reside withinAbuja.
