Catilas Resources Limited, on behalf of our client, a fast growing Water Transport company with operations in Sierra Leone and Nigeria, seeks to hire a high-performing candidate for the position below:     Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing Location: Sierra Leone Supervision: To report directly to the managing director Specialization: Sales/Retail/Marketing,Transportation/Logistics/Shipping Overall Function Of The Position

• The incumbent will drive customers’ acquisition and revenue growth targets by making our Client’s products and services the preferred offerings within its chosen market segments.
• You will be responsible for maximizing the Sales and Marketing team potential, crafting sales and marketing plans, justifying and reporting success of the plans to Managing Director on a regular basis.

• Present sales and marketing, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Managing Director.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to products and services.
• Marketing products and services to corporate customers.
• Achieve growth and hit sales and marketing targets by successfully managing team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Monitoring of sales and marketing representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Excel Office
• Track record of Exceptional team leading
• Minimum of Bachelor’s in any discipline and a Master’s Degree in any business related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in Sales, Marketing and Haulage
• Relevant professional qualification.
