Job Title: Team Lead - Relationship Officer
Location: Lagos
Key Roles & Responsibilities (Duties)
- Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis.
- To achieve volume, margin, and fee income targets in order to contribute to the overall goals of the organization.
- To ensure that own area of operation is alert to Money Laundering & in Compliant to Groups Standards [including KYC requirements], and actively dispels Money Laundering/ fraudulent activities.
- Work with the Sector head to review product competitiveness and recommend amendments where necessary to ensure that the product meets customer needs and remains competitive.
- Monitor credit, schedule renewal and ensure approval before expiry date to avert customer being penalized.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sector Head.
- Coordinate teams marketing and sales activities
- Train and supervise junior staff in marketing and selling the organization products
- Generate teams’ sales leads
- Plan and coordinate the team marketing and sales activities
- Teams performance appraisal
- Reporting market trends, fixed intelligent and competitors marketing activities to management
- Allocation of tasks to staff towards activities
- Customer feedback and problem solving.
- Self-Generation of new employer schemes for the Business.

- Disbursed loans (new loans, cross-sell and renewals)

- Team Compliance with assigned tasks
Academic Qualifications (Minimum)
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any Social Science discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics) or related courses.
Relevant Work Experience:
- Persuasive skills
- Sales drive
- Self-motivated
- Tenacious and resilient
- Minimum number of years, 3 to 5 years
- Ability to multi task and detailed
- Time management.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
