  • Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.
  • Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
  • Efficiently stacking and storing all items in the appropriate areas.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and report quality issues.
  • Pull and prepare items for shipment to other parts of the base where needed, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
  • Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into areas where required.
  • Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a very narrow aisle forklift.
  • Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.
  • Inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift daily
  • Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
  • Assist in physical inventories, ensure proper stock rotation, safety, sanitation and security.
  • Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.
Qualification and Experience
  • Minimum of Primary School Certificate in related field with at least 3 years’ experience.
Salary Proposed - N65,000/month.     Job Title: Executive Driver Location: Lagos Qualification and Experience
  • SSCE or OND in related field;
  • 5 years proven work experience as a driver in a corporate environment;
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done;
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and writing;
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary
  • N54,000 (Gross) per month.
    Job Title: SHEQ Officer - Shipyard Location: Island, Lagos Key Responsibility
  • Manage Safety functions in line with business policies, procedures and standards.
  • Ensure conformance with safety and OHSAS 14001 & 45001-2018 standards and requirements in the Shipyard and Base.
  • Identify system problems specific to the Shipyard and base, investigate and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in Safety Incident Investigations and Risk assessments
  • Conduct internal audits in the yard.
  • Facilitate root cause investigations of non-conformances and take necessary corrective and preventative actions.
  • Motivate and oversee the implementation of Safety improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and attend regular Safety meetings in the yard/base.
  • Arrange and/or conduct induction training for visitors and new hires in the shipyard/base.
  • Prepare and forward weekly reports to the Shipyards SHEQ Supervisor.
  • Perform a monthly H&S inspection at the Shipyard and send reports to the Shipyards SHEQ Supervisor.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented
  • Liaise with client’s HSE/security/operational staff to carry out regular HSE tests/drills, fire-fighting practice and other drills to keep the workers alert and sensitive to their environment.
  • Provide expertise and compliance support for project management.
  • Implement PTW when required and assist dept. to fill up the work box preparation
  • Monitor daily PTW implementation and revalidation
  • Assists in speedy and smooth response and action in case of emergencies.
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.
Qualification and Experience
  • First Degree in related field with at least 3 years experience in Shipyard environment.
Salary
  • N150,000/month.
    Job Title: SHEQ Supervisor - Shipyard Location: Island, Lagos Key Responsibility
  • Work closely with and in support of the SHEQ Manager;
  • Manage, develop, implement and exercise Shipyard’s SHEQ activities across all sites;
  • Oversea, control and maintain inventory of materials/records related to SHEQ activities;
  • Maintain appropriate contact and develop good relations with subcontractors and other organizations that can influence and impact upon LADOL’S operation and service;
  • Monitor and review workplace practices to ensure compliance with SHEQ legislation, SOP’s/policy and provide recommendations for improvement to management;
  • Manage Safety functions in line with business policies, procedures and standards.
  • Ensure conformance with safety and OHSAS 14001 & 4500:2018 standards and requirements on the base.
  • Identify system problems, investigate and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in Safety Incident Investigations and Risk assessments
  • Motivate and oversee the implementation of Safety improvement initiatives.

  • Perform a monthly H&S inspection at the 8 Ikoyi sites and submit report to the SHEQ Supervisor
  • Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented
  • Ensure equipment/infrastructure is maintained that ensures optimum performance;
  • Ensure all non-conformances are correctly reported immediately in a formal report including supporting documentation to minimize the company’s risk;
  • Undertake SHEQ inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with legal requirements;
  • Recommending, designing and facilitating awareness training as appropriate;
  • Supervise and monitor the distribution of PPEs and other SHEQ equipment and assets;
  • Liaise with other Free Zone department ensuring SHEQ compliance and any documents are correctly submitted and administered as required;
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and certificated in cooperation with other business units;
  • Produce reports and correspondence utilizing various business software;
  • Gathers SHEQ and records statistical information for reporting purposes;
  • Conducting regular on-job SHEQ training as directed by Management;
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.
Qualification and Experience
  • First degree in related field with at least 5 years’ experience in Shipyard environment.
