We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Marketing Executive Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
  • Ensure adherence to the organization's policy.
  • To provide a good number of viable sales prospective clients on a monthly basis.
  • Increase sales, drive volumes and supervise the sales process by following up on clients orders.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Ensure payment of services in timely manner.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on organizations services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Qualification and Experience
  • B.Sc/HND in Estate Management, Marketing, Social Sciences or any other related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate or Property Development marketing or a similar position.
  • Must have a proven track record of successful sales.
  • Must be fluent in English and Igbo.
  • Female applicants only.
