  • Running day to day marketing activities: executing campaigns, following up on production of merchandising items, managing vendors
  • Coordinate marketing campaign activities and ensure effective communication of marketing messages.
  •  Prepare and forward briefs on day-to-day marketing needs (example flyers, posters, social media banners).
  • Content development for Internal and external communication.
  • Monitoring and ensuring corporate identity is well implemented: email signatures, call card templates, flags.
  • Tracking network compliance to Corporate Identity.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on marketing activities.
  • Social Outreach & Content; creating and posting engaging content on company social media handles and community management.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
  • Assess effectiveness and results of marketing programs such as social media, PR, and advertising against core KPIs (sales, leads, and traffic).
  • Adhere strictly to company’s compliance policies and standard business relationship ethics in ensuring all merchandising items are produced according to manufacturer’s guidelines.

  • Manage the IT department and provide comprehensive assistance in project initiation, planning, execution, control and closure to facilitate IT project related activities.
  • Provide first level IT related hardware, software and network support.
Management of I.T Department:
  • Keep abreast of global and local best practice as it relates to IT management methodologies and support framework.
  • Organise tasks and missions with the IT Analyst and reports on a regular basis to management on the IT department activities.
  • Advises management on potential risks and recommend actions to mitigate risk.
  • Liaise with the IT functions at the company. Recommend partners to assist in the mission.
  • Ensure that the service provided remains at state-of-the art and that security concerns are taken at the highest level.
IT assets Management. Project Management:
  • Manage the implementation of the project specific work programs and plans.
  • Maintain central project records and produce reports as required.
  • Manage time, quality, scope and cost of project and make recommendations to correct deviation from plan.
  • Enforce strict compliance for all Project changes.
  • Resolve Project IT related issues and attend to service requests from employees within divisions.
IT Support:
  • Organise for Hardware, Software and Infrastructure support to be provided to company.
  • Provide a professional service to users with follow-up of requests, responses and anticipation of issues.
  • Be the first interface on software for first level issues and liaise with competence centre, when problems cannot be solved locally.
  • Organise for Server administration, system pro-active and infrastructure maintenance
  • Administrate User Access Control to systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on IT Assets.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 relevant work experience.
  • Must possess relevant IT Certification (Prince 2, PMP, ITIL).
  • Confident negotiator with excellent communication skill.
  • Competences in deployment of ERP systems, software management and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Business Application.

  • Ensure environmental compliance within the design team, no pollutions or incidents through planned work systems and construction drawings details restrictions and mitigation measures.
  • Develop & drive the implementation of the Alliance’s technical efficiency strategies and standard products.
  • Ensure technical resources are managed effectively by working with the programme area manager and integrated projects leader to co-ordinate design resource.
  • Ensure design teams adopt and make effective use of standard products.
  • Ensure required quality checking/approval procedures are carried out.
  • Develop simple, effective technical delivery processes to improve the production of design deliverables to time/cost/quality.
  • Ensure consistency with the other programme areas where appropriate.
  • Work with various parties to provide the leadership that will make the technical delivery within the Alliance industry-leading.
  • Mentor and develop the design team.
  • Escalate any potential issues to the engineering manager before they become problems, and work with them to resolve.
  • Provide a short report for the engineering manager to present as a monthly update on technical delivery.
  • Receive project enquiries and prepare proposals for civil infrastructure consultancy projects (mostly maritime based) while providing technical guidance and administrative support to the team.
  • Compile project reports, programmes budgets and forecasts;
  • Work hours as required for the project, typically five days / week.
  • Adhere to all set deadlines with overall responsibility for the design outputs from the work programmes you have responsibility for.
  • Ensure design team deliver required services (drawings, specifications, estimating packs) on time and to cost/quality standards.
  • Ensure minimum asset standards are adhered to and design criteria of the client applied to the solutions.
  • Undertake the principal designer duties on behalf of the company, ensuring the design teams comply with stated specifications.
