Job Title: Regulatory & Statutory Compliance Advisor (Supervisory)
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- To implement regulatory and statutory risk and compliance framework in MTN Nigeria.
- Advise Line Management on possible financial impact across all divisions of regulatory/statutory developments and trends while highlighting potential revenue generation/cost saving opportunities.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders across all MTN Nigeria business divisions to drive compliance with identified regulatory and statutory requirements and obligations.
- Assist the Business Units in identifying the laws and regulations on which they need to be trained on, the material, the method to be used and the assessment of training and monitor adherence and compliance to the training plan.
- Implement compliance monitoring activities in line with the company-wide risk-based compliance programme and follow-up on agreed mitigation actions and plans to ensure all non-compliance issues are closed.
- Assist with scheduled ad hoc compliance reviews and audits of high risk areas.
- Support with activities to create company-wide awareness of regulatory and statutory requirements and the importance of complying with these requirements.
- Provide second line assurance to the business through compliance monitoring activities across all business lines, that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and key process owners to obtain evidence of compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Produce high quality monitoring reports and analysis with insights on compliance monitoring activities, outcomes and trends.
- Assist with preparing standard and ad-hoc information and data reports to the Group, executive management and other stakeholders as required.
- Monitor observance of compliance regulations and coordinate activities with the Internal Audit & Fraud Management team.
- Stay abreast of all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements within the Telecommunications Industry.
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day performance and quality monitoring exercises, implementing effective, proactive, quality processes at the operating level that will positively impact quality and enhance customer satisfactions.
- Ensure customer queries are handled appropriately and in compliance to the MTNN regulatory framework.

Job Title: Coordinator Document Control (Supervisory)

Job Description
- Ensure value is created by optimising business projects/activities.
- Liaise with all divisional points of contact on documentation to ensure that all required operational documents (policies, procedures, processes and Operational level agreements) are developed, dated and signed off
- Communicate with all stakeholders when new documents have been placed on the portal.
- Drive the standardization of all operational documents by ensuring that only the approved templates are used for developing documents
- Track and ensure all MTN Nigeria policies, processes and procedures are in line with the ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Assist with the audits of processes in line with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and follow-up to ensure all non-compliance issues are completely resolved.
- Conduct a requirement analysis to identify required processes for smooth business operations.
- Drive compliance to all operational processes within all divisions of MTN Nigeria and spontaneous compliance checks on critical processes
- Quality assurance and control of the documents by coordinating and ensuring that all operational documents are appropriately saved on the share portal while obsolete documents are cleared from the portal as appropriate

Job Title: Budget and Business Planning Analyst (Supervisory)

Job Description
- Implement a Network Budgetary Model to capture all network material and software requirements which include building different models for BTS and switches operational cost requirements in terms of fuel, maintenance, etc.
- Track and report financial ratios against budgetary baselines, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information and cost provided by all departments in Network Group.
- Coordinate liaison between Finance and other departments within NWG to ensure all departmental budgets/forecasts are accurately and promptly prepared and uploaded
- Prepare Monthly Integrated Reporting (Financial CAPEX & Network KPIs)
- Ensure accuracy of budget input and its loading on Hyperion (Opex & Capex budget)
- Coordinate the preparation of network rollout detailed Bill of Materials, ensuring periodic budget re-forecasting and communicating the findings to all stakeholders
- Implement an effective and efficient process for collating and validating network operational and capital expenditure requirements from all stakeholders for monthly forecast and annual budget design.

Job Description
- Responsible for defining Application specification in response to evolving business needs.
- Responsible for enhancing the procedures and processes associated with the operations and maintenance of business rules for all downstream BSS systems in MTNN.
- Support the Shareholder return strategy by developing and implementing Information Systems Processes that are aligned to achieving all elements on the business score card. (I.e. Grow Market Share, Grow ICT & Data Revenue, Increase EBITDA margins, Assure Revenue, CAPEX Returns Management and Net Subscriber Additions).
- Participate in the review of Business Processes (headcount, process optimisation, etc.), to drive efficiency gains to ensure at least 5% reduction in Divisional budget year-on-year.
- Participate in annual budgeting process for both capital and recurring expenditure.
- Serve the Division’s internal customers and provide solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Strategic Partnerships with MTNN leadership team to drive awareness on expected behaviours and impact on non-compliance on bottom line results and company image/reputation.
- Drive planned strategy for the successful delivery of MTN Group and MTNN transformation initiatives focusing on Customer centricity.

- Prepare documentation and reports, collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
