Job Title: Lead- Information Security & Business Continuity
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Providing the vision and thought leadership related to cyber security and overall IT Security Strategy in partnership with company leaders.
- Managing all reporting and organization of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to PCI DSS.
- Serving as the internal focal point for all internal information security and compliance management activities within the IT environment including:
- Incident Management
- Vulnerability Management
- Penetration Testing
- Risk Assessment and Treatment
- IT Security Policy Review
- Access Management Reporting
- Disaster Recovery Reporting
- Assessing security exposures internally and at our business partners
- Educating about security risks and opportunities
- Assessing security technologies and solutions and developing appropriate security solutions
- Serving as the focal point to monitor IS
- Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, guidelines and oversee the dissemination of security policies and practices; identify knowledge gaps to increase awareness of relevant information security practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance on information security topics, advising and collaborating on security processes, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
- Lead investigations of any actual or potential information security violations and manage escalation of security events; assist with related legal matters associated with such events as needed and make recommendations to correct or prevent future incidents.
- Work with system administrators and application developers to audit, monitor and validate their environment’s security, including conducting gap analysis and other comprehensive internal assessments of existing systems to improve the security infrastructure and mitigate risks.
- Work with External Audit consultants as appropriate on required security assessments and audits.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field.
- At least 8 years’ experience in Information Security (IS) or IS Risk Management and OR cumulative years of experience in IT Sector of 12 years.
- Any IS certification would be an added advantage e.g. CISA, CEH, CompTIA, etc.
- Experience of working in an IS Standard environment would be an added advantage e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 27002, PCI DSS, PCI CP, etc.

Job Title: Incident & Problem Management Manager
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Manage Incidents 24x7 and ensure minimal disruption to the service and fast service restoration.
- Act as a center focal point for all departments during incidents and coordinate between them to get the fast results .
- Ensure timely communication / information flow towards internal & external stakeholders.
- Setting up of Technical & Management Bridge to facilitate communication during incidents.
- Manage and coordinate the escalated requests from Local Organization or internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the same categorization, impact and priority coding systems are used for effective and consistent communication in order to facilitate the trending analysis for proactive identification of problems.
- Responsible for the complete process adherence and handling of incidents and problems according to SLAs/OLAs/WLAs
- Accountable for the delivery of Root Cause Analysis and problem resolution within given target duration
- Responsible for coordinating problem resolution involving internal support groups, vendors, suppliers, customers and managing any roadblocks
- Ensures that necessary reports (e.g. RCA, reviewed Major Incident, etc.) are delivered.

Job Title: Unix Linux System Administrator
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Perform UNIX/Linux Systems Administration.
- Maintain & Troubleshoot UNIX infrastructure environment.
- Install, configure, and maintain UNIX server equipment, disk arrays, tape libraries, virtual tape libraries and terminal servers; UNIX routine operation functions; maintain high end UNIX servers and current and new UNIX projects.
- Provide data protection, recovery and business continuity; test and validate disaster recovery and business continuity methods in UNIX environment.
- Perform routine backup and recovery for data protection and integrity for UNIX servers; monitor UNIX infrastructure which consists of complex sets of equipment and system software; provide proactive remediation.
- Perform proactive monitoring for high availability, System data protection, backup and restore, UNIX central authentication, user account management, disk storage management, hardware and OS maintenance, and application maintenance.
- Install, configure and maintain highly optimized Virtualized UNIX environment using Zone/Container, LDOM and VMware virtualization technologies; UNIX High Availability environment consisting of different HA techniques i.e. clustering, load balancing, and cluster file systems; UNIX storage environment using Solaris Disk Suit or Solaris Volume Manager,Veritas Volume Manager and ZFS.
Requirements
- Minimum of Five(5) years experience providing UNIX/Linux systems administration support for large scale complex environments.
- Unix/Linux systems administration.
- Veritas Cluster Server, Veritas Storage foundation and other High Availability techniques in the UNIX environment.
- Shell scripting and/or Perl scripting experience.

Job Title: Asset Manager

Job Description/Responsibilities
The primary function of the Asset Manager is to manage administration, operations/logistics and reporting aspects of Asset Management Function in a managed services contract. The Asset Manager will be responsible for:

- Asset delivery, disposal and removal
- Warehouse operations

Other Responsibilities:

- Manage logistics - shipping documents, logistic fees, custom clearance, track internal transportation, monitor and receive goods & services delivery and ensure QA check is thoroughly carried out before acceptance of good & services.
- Ensuring IT Asset documents are maintained and requests are fulfilled timely according to the SLA standard defined
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on matters relating the asset management to assist in management planning, life cycle costing and business planning, budget preparation, etc.
- Adhere to customer service standards and monitor performance to ensure targets and standards are met.
- Investigate issues of compensation, complaints and insurance claims, preparing necessary reports and settlement of claims.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Finance or accounting. Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of Six (6) years proven work experience preferably in Supply Chain and Logistics domain.
