Job Title: IT Support Technician

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We’re looking for a skilled IT Support Technician with a strong background in hardware installations and network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working in a hands-on IT support role.

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain CCTV cameras and security systems.
  • Respond promptly to support calls and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations across devices and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LAN and WAN network issues.
  • Manage and install hardware gadgets, such as printers, routers, and other peripherals.
  • Provide support for hardware/software installations and upgrades.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems.
  • Proactive with a strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience with hardware support and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CCTV installation and setup.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
