Requirements
Candidates should also possess the following:

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in investment banking, financial advisory or asset management
• Outstanding analytical, research and problem solving skills
• Ability to deliver results in different environments (especially in a developing world context)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Dynamic, flexible and reliable.
• Excellent written (e.g. experience of published reports) and verbal communication skills
• Leadership and track record of delivery

• The ideal candidate would have trained up to post graduate level with a strong academic background (at least a second class upper) in a finance-related or quantitative science course from a reputable school.
• An MBA, MS in Finance, or a CFA charter would be an advantage, in addition to an international exposure (education and work experience).
