Description: This role requires a driven, thorough
and systematic individual with strong problem-solving, decision-making,
managerial and advanced finance management skills. S/he will be
responsible for coordinating and implementing best-in-class finance
processes and policies, as well as managing the general administrative
activities of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Master’s degree in Finance or recognized professional certification (such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA)
- Minimum of 13-15 years’ finance and accounting experience/
administrative management experience of which 5 years must be in a

self-starter, with strong abilities in setting up HR functions,
mentoring and managing a diverse workforce. S/he will be responsible for
managing and enhancing the organization’s human resource operations at a

Description: This role requires a results-oriented and proactive
individual with strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as
competencies in business development, market analysis, bid development
and debt recovery. S/he will play a significant role in implementing
business development strategies through strong relationship management,
geared towards a satisfied client base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline

Description: This role requires an analytical,
logical and systematic individual with the ability to think outside the
box. S/he will drive strategy development and implementation, corporate
performance reviews, and’ strategic planning processes that lead to
budgeting processes, as well as conduct market intelligence and data
analytics.

construction projects, regulatory and compliance related audits/reviews.
Requirements:

be responsible for managing and coordinating surveys and investigations
of land surfaces, and will act as an advisor to land surveying teams

technical abilities in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
S/he will be responsible for the development and execution of the
project cost plan, monitoring and collecting cost data to ensure
alignment with top management’s budget directives, as well as cost
tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with specialization in project management or cost control related trainings and certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an added advantage
