Job Details

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the acquisition, development, maintenance and use of computer and telecommunications systems within the organization
  • Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions for improved efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define technology roadmaps and allocate resources effectively.
  • Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and applications.
  • Monitor network security and implement measures to safeguard against unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to procure and implement technology solutions.
  • Develop training programs and materials to enhance the technology skills of staff members.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on budget performance.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure that IT practices adhere to relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and terms with vendors to optimize value and performance.
  • Develop and enforce data management policies, including data backup, storage, and recovery procedures.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information and mitigate cyber threats.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
