Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Details
Provide support in the various human resource functions, which includes:

• Recruitment and Hiring.
• Training and Development.
• Create a Safe Work Environment.
• Handle Disciplinary Actions
• Contract mentoring and employee counseling. Maintain, keep and update staff records for future reference according to policy using HR Software's
• Employer-Employee Relations.
• Maintain Company Culture.
• Manage Employee Benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / Month.
