These subsidiaries include: a huge warehouse where codiment, eateries, bakery, water factory, juice, ice block,gas station, filling station, and a microfinance bank. We deliver our products timely across Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer / Assistant

Location: Warri-Otokutu, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage employee record
• Assists in the recruitment process
• Addressing employee questions or concerns related to HR policies during onboarding
• Updatingemployee handbooks
• Assist in resolving employee conflicts
• Assist in conducting employee surveys
• Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of HR data like employee demographics,turnover rates, and training KPIs to generate HR reports
• Staying up-to-date on changes in employment laws
• Help the legal department with compliance and legal audits
• Maintain compliance-related documentation
• Ensure employee data is handled and protected under applicable compliance laws.
• Coordinateemployee recognitionactivities
• Schedule training sessions
• Maintaining employee training records
• Assist in the logistics of training programs
• Assisting employees with benefits enrollment
• Answering benefits-related questions
• Ensure compliance with benefits regulations
• others assigned

Requirements

• Successful candidate must have an associate degree in HR or a related field (bachelor’s degree /HND preferred)
• Candidate must be able to quickly resolve people’s problems
• Candidate must be familiar with database systems and common HR application
• IT skills - survey, data analysis and visual representation.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 2-3years’ experience in an administrative role
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills
• Candoidate must be passionated about the job, result oriented, self starter, and quick to get work done with feedback.
