Job Title: Human Resource Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Serving as a point of contact, providingsmooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events
  • Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
  • Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leaveto assist with payroll duties
  • Assisting theHR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
  • Submittingonline job postings,shortlistingcandidates andschedulingjob interviews
  • Coordinatingorientation and training sessions for new employees

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
