Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ability to handle daily administrative task of the organization
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, lateness etc.)
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Ability to prepare reports.
  • Assisting the HR in the recruitment, training and on boarding processes
  • Maintains accurate and up to dates human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
  • Ability to conduct file audits
  • Assist in the provision of general office support to management and HR department
  • Assist in the coordination of HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in any Social Science discipline or its equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill, conflict management skills, excellent written and verbal skill, excellent organizational skill. Good knowledge of human resources process and practices.

Remuneration
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
