Yimei Group, a hotel chain franchise group, originated in China in 2010 and started its business operation in Africa in 2018 has the goal of becoming the largest hotel management group in Africa.
We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Export group hotel operation management standards and management concepts, and guide hotel managers to carry out hotel operation management;
- Under the company's development strategy, implement operational plans and programs to ensure the effective implementation of various tasks and ensure the realization of operational goals;
- Formulate business reports, report business data, regularly analyze the management status of the hotel and the implementation of the work standards, put forward rectification opinions, and effectively achieve the management goals;
- Assist in the development, preparation and opening operation of the company's own brand hotels.
Qualifications
Professional and academic requirements:
- English can be used as a working language;
- Bachelor degree or above of national unified admission university, hotel management and other related majors
Experience background requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in the operation of an economic hotel manager / multi-store manager;
Requirements for management ability:
- Have good communication and coordination skills and team management skills;
- Ability to improve hotel GOP;
- Ability to reduce hotel operation and management costs;
- Ability to enhance hotel customer satisfaction.
Other requirements:
- Be patient, service conscious, and customer thinking;
- Hard work, hard work and strong pressure resistance.
