We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Sales and Marketing Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Oversee Direct Sales Team
• Coordinate all sales and marketing efforts
• Sell and track sales targets and oversee activities and performance of your team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Develop strategies and tactics to strengthen the brand and drive qualified traffic to the business
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in sales and marketing
• Strong background in operations will be an added advantage
• up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and marketing
• B.Sc degree in Marketing or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
