Job Title: Head of Marketing and Business Development

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships and strategic alliances.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations and finance to align marketing and business development efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, customer needs and industry trends. 
  • Developing and maintaining the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Planning, executing and evaluating market campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, content marketing, social media, and events. Ensuring effective communication and messages that resonate with the target audience.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a Science-related field of study.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate, digital and retail marketing as well as business development in healthcare or insurance sector.
