We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Brand Manager / Strategist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos,
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities / Targets (if any)

• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Making strategic decisions and providing leadership/guidance to team members to implement those decisions
• Develop brand architecture, positioning and strategy.
• Oversee and manage all ATL & BTL projects
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Ensure all brand activities are in line with the brand key vision and category strategy
• Ensure the agency continues to deliver on quality services.
• Ensure that our work is informed by the strongest insights that drive our clients’ brand and business.
• Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships/partnerships
• Identifying trends in a bid to optimize performance based on the insights provided
• Craft organization’s differentiation strategy
• Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses
• Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree / B.Sc qualification with 5 - 8 years work experience.

Competences Required for the Job:

• Ability to develop insights from data that improve marketing effectiveness
• Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation
• In-depth knowledge of various platforms (both Online & Offline)
• Clear vision for the knowledge need of the organization’s employees and partners.
• Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
• Creative and compelling storyteller.
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

Salary
N4,000,000.00 annually.
