Job Description
Commencing with Lagos as a base, Dig deeper into Nigerian market, develop market size reports and market share mapping, and align brand sales path ahead. Develop & ensure implementation of sales strategies designed for maximum brand penetration and profitability.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data. New product identification/development and deployment. Submit periodical reports to head office.

Requirements
Indian Nationality, preferably an MBA or equivalent, minimum of 7 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG,
Resource is expected to be self-motivated, self-driven and highly responsive to market conditions; Would be an important link between Head Office & Market point.
Should have lived in Nigeria for at least 2 years having in-depth knowledge of local markets and its dynamics, holding Management orientation,
Expected to have excellent communication & computer application skills; With no reservations to travel;

Assisting the Territory manager in digging deeper into market potentials
Aligning brand sales path
Contribute in implementing sales strategies & ensuring brand penetration
Identify gaps in distribution for appropriate action
Lead a merchandising team to stage campaigns & promotions for brand development
Should be able to number crunch & evolve schemes for brand promotions.

Should have no reservations to visit any part of Nigeria as job requires extensive travel.
Degree/ Diploma Holder
Specialization in Sales and Marketing
Excellent communication skills required.
Candidates with previous exposure to implementation of marketing and promotion campaigns will be preferred.
Having Minimum 5 years Work Experience in hardcore sales and distribution preferably in the Nigerian market
