Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Your Responsibilities
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters.
- Writing and proofreading marketing materials.
- Liaising with designers and printers.
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
- Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies.
- Evaluating marketing campaigns.
Your Profile
- Applicants should possess a Bachelor Degree/HND in Marketing or a degree in social or management sciences.
- Good understanding of marketing concepts, digital and social media marketing & data handling etc
- Degree in the social sciences or other qualifications with a passion for sales
- Demonstrable experience of performing in a sales role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of written English with attention to detail
- Good customer service awareness and knowledge
- High level of IT literacy
- An interest in technology/ business
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
- Consistent budget and forecasting operations
- Develop and maintain financial database
- Financial audit preparation and coordination
- Provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end financial reports
- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
Requirements

Job Role
- Adapt statistical methods in order to solve specific problems in diverse finance fields
- Analyze and interpret statistical data in order to identify
significant differences in relationships among sources of information.
- Design research projects that apply valid scientific techniques
and utilize information obtained from baselines or historical data in
order to structure uncompromised and efficient analyses.
- Develop and test experimental models, sampling techniques, and analytical methods.
- Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain
financial data in order to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency,
and accuracy.
- Examine theories, such as those of probability and inference in
order to discover mathematical bases for new or improved methods of
obtaining and evaluating numerical data.
- Identify relationships and trends in data, as well as any factors that could affect the results of research.
- Plan data collection methods for specific projects and determine the types and sizes of sample groups to be used.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage accounts and exceed targets relating to revenue growth,
activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer
acquisition and retention.
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the
acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of contract
documents.
- Bid management processing and manage order levels maintaining the CRM database.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through
regular meetings and identify further sales and business development
opportunities.
- Work with group marketing to develop marketing campaigns to support sales strategy.

Job Title: Secretary/Administrator
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Produce correspondence and documents using a variety of software
packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access
- Booking rooms and conference facilities and ancillary services for staffs on official engagements.
- Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies.
- Sorting and distributing incoming post, organizing and sending outgoing post
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Logistics and planning in-house and external events.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in any Social Sciences, Management Science or Education
- 1-2 years office management and/or event planning experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
