Job Summary
- The content writer will develop and create SEO focused digital content or product descriptions. Well-researched and accurate blockchain/cryptocurrency content that will be produced on tight deadlines. Excellent writing, spelling, and understanding of grammar are essential to the role.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop easy to comprehend content articles
- Researching and organizing facts and sources
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content idea
- Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
- Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
- Blogging of Company’ activities on social media platforms
- Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies
- Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
- Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, infographics, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediary /Advanced knowledge of Blockchain/Cryptocurrency
- Confident in producing work across multiple platforms
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Bachelor’s degree

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Permanent
Job Description
- Work with the CEO on the strategic vision including operating in a cost-effective way with focus on adding value and ensuring our users have a good experience.
- To oversee financial transaction processing and reconciliations within Quidax, ensuring that robust controls are in operation and workloads are managed effectively
- To lead on compliance with the Financial Procedures Manual, ensuring that all procedures and policies are business focused and communicated effectively
- Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available such that all purchases may pass independent and governmental audits.
- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organisation including: organisational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organisational and contract/grant budgets.
- Preparation of monthly tax returns and ensuring compliance with payments and other tax requirements
- Oversee the production of monthly reports including reconciliations with funders and pension plan requirements, as well as financial statements and cash flow projections for use by Executive management, Liquidity as well as the Audit/Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Oversee business insurance plans and health care coverage analysis
- Liaises with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
- Assist in carrying out proper cataloguing and indexation of company assets and prepares and updates assets register electronically and manually.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and repairs of company assets like motor vehicle, computer etc.
- Carry out proper record keeping, archiving and retrieval of corporate document, records and reports.
- Assist in maintaining database of service providers
- Implement cost reductions and develop reporting procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new manufacturers and suppliers
- Ensures that groceries for the company are always available as at when due.
- Following up with operational task at the office in coordination with the Human Capital Team.
- Communicating with and Managing all vendors at Quidax
- Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, professional qualification e.g. ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage.
- Relationship & People Management
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar role preferably with at least 1 year in a management/ supervisory capacity
