  • The job responsibility for this role include but not limited to:
  • Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
  • Review petty cash expenses with administrative team.
  • Review and ensure daily and end of month posting of all payment vouchers and journals before impacting into general ledger.
  • Preparation of the company annual financial statement.
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Ensure up to date intercompany reconciliation with parent company and all other subsidiaries within the group.
  • Review payroll with human resource
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant course
  • Completion of NYSC
  • 2-3 years work experience
  • Certificate in ACCA and any other relevant certification will be an advantage.
  • Core accounting skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Financial planning budgeting and reporting skills
  • Financial analysis and interpretation skills
  • Good presentation and Communication skills
  • Application of accounting principles and preparation of timely financial statements.
  • Cash flow management, knowledge of statutory returns, reporting etc
Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients
  • General clerical duties
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries

  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
