Qualifications
Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of credit policies, processes and procedures
• Good knowledge of loan products
• Minimum of a first Degree in Social Sciences.
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite with proficiency in MS Excel.

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a collections call centre.
• Prior experience in banking would be an added advantage.
