  • Must be able to us MS Office
  • Very presentable

Job Description:
The Front Desk Officer's duties are:
  • Greeting customers or clients,
  • Scheduling appointments,
  • Required to create and manage records using computer software.
  • Answering and routing phone calls and checking messages.
  • Providing information about the organization to the public or for routing customers' questions to the appropriate person.
  • Preparing documents
  • Entering information,
  • Other administrative duties such as opening sorting mail
  • Performing basic word processing tasks
