Job Title: Finance Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • As a prominent staffing solutions company that is currently going through an amazing period of growth, we are seeking to employ a self-driven, highly analytical, and passionate individual to join the account team.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients on receivables and related WHT receipts.
  • Monthly Bank reconciliation
  • Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
  • Input financial data and produce reports using Excel and Accounting software.
  • Confirmation of payments receipt via various payment portals.
  • Raising and forwarding of Payment Vouchers for Cash Advances and Reimbursements.

Requirements
Profile of the ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Capable of communicating at all levels, self-assured, and competent.
  • Work to deadlines and set goals and have great organizing abilities.
  • Commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1.
  • 1 - 2 years post NYSC related experience
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of the whole range of financial business procedures.
