Job Title: Field Sales Representative / Manager - Vaccines and Concentrates

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

  • We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representatives / Managers to join our team.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales of vaccines and concentrates, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in their assigned territories.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for vaccines and concentrates.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Compliance and Ethics:

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about products, including benefits, usage, and pricing.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Provide product training and support to clients and internal teams as needed.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
  • Experience selling vaccines and/or concentrates is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
