Mobile Forms is a Data Collection company. Our agents use their smartphones to collect photos, video, and information from different locations. This information is often used by companies and businesses to better serve customers. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Field Agent Location: Oyo Job Summary We are in need of agents in Oyo State for a project. Requirements We are looking for individuals that:

• Have access to an Android enabled phone/tablet.
• Are tech-savvy with use of smartphones and applications.
• Reside in Oyo State and can have access to the LGAs.
• In addition, experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection, questionnaire
• Administration is highly desirable.
• Have experience interacting with people from different cultures, beliefs, and religion.
• Are fluent in Yoruba (required), Hausa and/or Fulfulde languages.
