within the Anthony and Lekki environs of Lagos
State.
We are currently recruiting suitable candidate to occupy the position below:
Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- An experienced facilities manager with an electrical engineering background and Managerial experience
- Applicants should have B.Tech , B.NG qualification or a degree in facilities management
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Age Range: 30-45 years
Required Competency and Work Skills
Candidate must be highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge and
understanding of various sectors such as operations, technical services,
asset or property management. A consistent track record of successfully
employing best business practices that improve efficiency, reduce
operating costs whilst increasing productivity:
- Good Organisational skills
- Good Spoken and written communication skills
- The ability to manage a varied and complex workload
- Technical knowledge
- Renovations and office moves
- General upkeep and maintenance
- Managing refurbishment
- Advising on energy efficiency
- Negotiating best deals with contractors and suppliers
- Management skills
- The ability to control large budgets
- Problem solving and decision making ability
