We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Management Officer

Location: Arepo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all installations (electricity, etc.) and refurbishments
• Maintain and repair of buildings and equipment
• Manage all aspect od building projects in the premises
• Liaise with the corporate office
• Deal with emergencies as they arise oversee any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
• Draft maintenance reports.
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained and conduct proactive maintenance
• Responsible for installation and maintenance of all fire fighting and fire alarm systems.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
