We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and estimate budget for facilities.
• Update and maintain usage records and invoice clients accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems in building.
• Develop schedule for regular evaluation of facilities.
• Oversee procurement and maintenance and upgrade overall facility as required.
• Establish and administer policies and procedures for guests.
• Monitor facility usage, operations and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• You'll be responsible for the management of services and facilities that support our  core business.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: N100,000 monthly
• Transport Allowance (Uber for Business)
• Official Line will be provided
• HMO
