Job Title: Experienced Sales Coordinator

Location: Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

Job Description

“Sales” is our lifeblood, and we only want to hire and invest in people that have the necessary qualities to become part of our business process.

To be considered a good fit for this position; you will have to be an achiever , face significant competition, have high work ethics, strong emotional and sales intelligence, a deep understanding on building and controlling a defined sales process and able to position and pitch compelling sales spills .

The sales coordinator will work with the sales team to ensure the goal of the company is achieved through sales; you will motivate and push the team to achieve that. Must have verifiable work experience as a Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
  • Ensuring hitch-free internal and external customer experience.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Planning and executing marketing strategies.
  • Deliver revenue over and above the monthly/quarterly and annual targets by increasing sales and profitability.
  • Preparation of daily/weekly sales call report for the entire team
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Understanding of sales operations
  • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to thrives in a leadership role and not afraid to shoulder the blame when things go wrong.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues

Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

Education:

  • Bsc from a reputable Institution .

Experience :

  • 5 years + managing over team of 15.

Availability :

  • Must be available to start immediately.
