Riveton Homes and Properties is a subsidiary of Riveton Developments Limited with a portfolio of properties across Epe and Lekki Scheme II. Our Laguna Beach Apartments is a fast-selling beach-view apartment block located in Okun Ajah. We are focused on building new Nigerian communities primarily in Lagos and other places all over Nigeria. Our fulcrum plan is to continuously deliver new Real Estate projects and in the long run, move everyday Nigerians towards their property investment dreams.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our company's Chairman.
• The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• The Executive Assistant should be an excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the calendar of the Chairman, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and transportation.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Manage expense reports and invoices for the chairman.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Conduct research on various topics as requested.
• Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, including confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong proficiency in digital conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Remuneration

• Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
