We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Engineering Manager

Principal Accountabilities

Design and deploy Engineering strategy for processes, packing plants, ancillaries’ equipment, and infrastructure across PZ Wilmar Factory Site.
Coordinate all activities with plants and support departments pertaining to engineering services
Contractors Management
Managing projects achieving vertical start-up and 85% OEE minimum.
Deliver 8hrs training per engineers, and production supervisors.
Achieve world class standards in Safety, Quality and Environment management.
Achieve best in class unit cost for electricity, steam, and repair & maintenance.
Develop and deploy team capability building plan to attain world class status for engineers, technicians, and technical production operators.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed

Possess a University Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
10 -15+ years’ work experience in FCMG environment, in which 5years must be in management capacity
Registered member of Engineering council (COREN)
Proficiency in the use of Proactive planned maintenance tools (CMMS , SAP-PM etc.)
Must be computer literate (MS-word, MS-excel, access)
