We are in the process of establishing Microfinance Bank in Enugu and therefore require the services of smart, self-motivated, hard working and productive candidates to fill the following vacant positions:
1.) MD/ CEO
Job Responsibilities
- The MD/CEO shall be responsible for providing overall strategic direction to the organization, oversee the activities of the bank to ensure operational effectiveness, optimize cost of operations & position the bank to attain a competitive advantage.
Qualification- First degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance; MBA and any other relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
- A Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the Financial service industry
- Experience in Financial Control, Risk Management,Banking Operations
- Ideal candidate must not be below 5 years of age.
2.) Marketers
Job Responsibilities- Develop business by aggressive marketing and identify revenue opportunity
Qualifications - HND/BSc degree in a business or social discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the financial service industry preferably marketing, customer acquisition and cultivation, Credit documentation,
- Ideal candidate must be below 30 years of age
3.) Head - Marketing / Relationship Management
Job Responsibilities- Will be responsible for customer acquisition, retention and optimization of relationship.
Qualification- A good first degree with minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in the financial service sector.
- Possession of any relevant higher or professional qualifications will he an added advantage.
- Hardworking, self motivated and must have a strong drive for excellence.
- Must have a good knowledge of micro finance sector with an excellence marketing and sales record of banking products.
4.) Head - Micro Savings and Credits
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute portfolio buildup plan, market and business development:
- Implement credit policy and credit manuals,
- ensure portfolio quality, coach, mentor and motivate credit marketing teams for higher performance,
- Ensure effective management of the risk portfolio of the bank and will ensure the sustainable operations of the banks Risk Management Policy.
Qualifications- First degree in Accounting/l3anking/Finance: MBA, ACA/ACTE/ ICAN (essential)
- A Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the Financial services industry.
- Ideal candidate must be below 38 years of age.
5.) Management Information Services (MIS) Officer
Job Responsibilities- The MIS officer shall be responsible for generating all daily books of account,
- Preparation of management accounts as well as other statutory reports as prescribed by the regulatory authorities,
- He will also ensure reliability & integrity of financial management Information system & reports.
Qualifications- First degree in Computer science; MBA (essential).
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the Financial services industry.
- Ideal candidate must not be below 35 years of age.
6.) Head Operations/ Funds Management
Job Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all cash and operations policies;
- Manage till, vault, push exchange, and lodgement
- Ensure all transactions are properly captured and reconciled,
- In addition he/she will ensure effective delivery of financial and management reports and also ensure strict adherence to the banks financial control system,
- Manage liquidity and will be responsible for driving the company’s financial management system.
Qualification- First degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance; MBA, ACA/ACIB(essential).
- A Minimum of 7 years post' graduate experience, out of which at least 5 years should have been in the Financial services industry; strong knowledge of operations, teller, funds transfer/cleaning and Vault.
- Ideal candidate must be below 38 years of age.
7.) Front Desk Officer
Job Responsibilities- Shall act as interface for the bank with customers
Qualification- HND/ B.Sc degree in business of social discipline.
- A Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the Financial services industry.
- Ideal candidate must be below 28 years of age.
8.) Tellers
Job Responsibilities- Dispense cash to customers
Qualification- First degree Accounting/ Banking/ Finance; MBA, ACA/ACIB (essential).
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the financial services industry preferably the banking industry.
- Ideal candidate must be below 25years of age.
9.) Internal Control Officer
Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain all statutory and regulatory reporting; ensure transparency and integrity of all financial reports. Financial control, Reporting and general Accounting.
Qualification- First degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance; MBA, ACA/ACIB/ ICAN (essential).
- A Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the Financial services industry Experience in Financial Control, Risk Management,Banking Operations.
- Ideal candidate must be below 8 years of age.
10.) Credit Officers
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute portfolio build-up plan, market and business development, implement credit policy and credit manuals; ensure portfolio quality, coach,mentor and motivate credit marketing teams for higher performance. Ensure compliance with laid down policies including Central Bank regulations.
Qualification- HND/B.Sc degree in a business discipline, MBA or professional qualification.
- A Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the Financial services sector preferably in the Credit Risk management,
- Loan origination and recovery.
- Ideal candidate must be below 35 years of age.
