  • The company is currently recruiting for the role of a sharp, innovative, and experienced Emailing Marketing Specialist to join its growing digital marketing team.
  • This individual will primarily implement and manage, email and marketing automation programs for multiple clients that span across various industries.
  • While primary responsibilities will be related to email and marketing automation, he or she should be ingrained in digital culture and omni-channel marketing, and can work together with other channel experts to provide an integrated strategy for our clients across every aspect of digital marketing.

  • Likewise, as an Emailing Marketing Specialist, you will be required to oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, dissemination of copy, automation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, analytics and reporting.
  • Also, you will also be required to collaborate with coworkers across departments to ensure maximum uptake of offerings.
Responsibilities Set-Up & Implementation:
  • Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors
  • Reviewing former clients’ campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.
  • Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clientele
  • Design, support and execute email marketing campaigns to support communication to various customer segments and buyer personas
  • Create and manage database segmentation to tailor campaign and program messages for targeted audiences across specific market segments, industries and roles
  • Develop and implement lead-scoring rules based on online behavior, internal data, profiling, and other data points that show interest and intent
  • Build and ensure on-time detailed program schedules - from kick-off to tracking codes, to client review to deployment; including managing stakeholder expectations and communicating project timelines
  • Creating well-written copy that is free from mistakes.
  • Collaborating with Graphic Designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs
  • Manage creative development of email templates and landing pages with internal copywriter, designer and programmers
  • Build program test plans. Perform and analyze A/B split testing for template formats, subject lines, and landing pages
  • Set-up, test/QA and deploy email campaigns in various platforms
  • Build lead capture forms and landing pages to support acquisition and tracking
  • Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign.
Strategy:
  • Assist with relationship marketing strategy to develop acquisition, onboarding, nurturing, retention and win-back campaigns
  • Work with the client and team to determine goals, target segments, campaign flows, content needs, and KPI requirements for each campaign
  • Define client target audiences and buyer personas through data analysis, exploration, and customer segmentation
  • Develop and manage automation workflows within a variety of email and marketing automation clients (MailChimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and more)
  • Participate in journey mapping process to create best in class end-to-end customer experiences, from digital touchpoints to content topics and themes.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Monitor campaign performance and present results to clients in monthly and ad-hoc reporting
  • Monitor, report and analyze performance to improve conversion rates, increase ROI, prevent contact fatigue, and optimize the content strategy and journey
  • Manage email deliverability and ensure legal compliance (CAN-SPAM)
Requirements Standard Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field
  • Excellent copywriting skills for marketing communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations)
  • Proven email marketing experience.
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources
  • Working knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in U.S.A and U.K style English
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

  • Confident articulating recommendations based on learnings, data and insights
Technical Qualifications:
  • Digital marketing professional with minimum 1 year experience in Email and/or Marketing Automation
  • Successful track record of building strategic digital concepts/programs, recommendations and tactics for clients and effectively executing programs
  • Experience setting up campaigns in marketing automation systems (ex. HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) and/or ESP (ex. MailChimp, Responsys, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Experience integrating with CRM platforms, and utilizing CRM platforms to database management and analysis (ex. Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience identifying and mapping data elements needed to drive personalized, relevant email experiences
  • Experience integrating and extracting reporting from analytics platforms (ex. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
