Eat 'N' Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Dynamics Navision Support Location: Lagos Job Description

• Develop your personal technical knowledge base on- and off-the-job
• Gain an understanding of the underlying business, data and processes sufficient to provide expert advice to users in the use of NAV
• Participate in the identification and specification of requested larger changes and enhancements, maintaining a prioritized product backlog
• Participate in the delivery of changes within an agile development environment in collaboration with business analysts, developers and users
• Provide helpdesk services to customers on NAV issues
• Manage and progress User support emails and calls
• Document problems and activity and solution for each case
• Perform in-depth analysis of user issues to determine causes and solutions
• Deliver Refresher Training on an as needed basis
• Perform in-depth analysis of NAV report issues to determine causes and make changes as required
• Other duties as assigned
