Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process of the organization to ensure hiring of suitable candidates
- Effectively develop training academy and programs to enhance performance
- Communicate vision, mission and core value of the organization through creative programs.
- Identify gaps for employee development and make relevant suggestions which cover competency gaps
Other Requirements- Graduate level
- Detailed, smart, passionate and strategic
- Knowledgeable in HR transactional and strategic activities
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Personable yet firm.
- Experience in HR
- A HR certification
- Candidate is expected to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be required to: - Manage the general operation process of the outlet to ensure steady productivity
- Constantly identify needs for improvement and adopt creative strategies to meet them.
- Development of strategy for keeping new and existing customers.
- Assign responsibilities to other low level staff to ensure smooth running of the outlet.
- Responsible for sending monthly mails to our existing clients.
- Creatively generate ideas on improving the sales and profitability of the outlet
- Support in communicating the vision, mission and core value of the organization through creative programs and activities.
- Responsible for the research as regards branding and advertising, new ideas and internet research
