PG Consulting Limited - Our client, an Integrated Information Technology Company situated on the Mainland, Lagos, is looking to recruit an exceptionally smart and highly skilled candidates to fill the position below:  
Job Title: Digital Media Manager Location: Mainland, Lagos
Job Description
  • Produce and present media planning documents including optimization & testing strategies, forecasting and competitive analyses.
  • Produce and present weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual results to management.
  • Keep abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances in the digital media space and proactively communicate and implement to internal teams.
  • Firm grasp of online media channels including paid and organic search, shopping, display, video, social, email, and affiliate marketing.
  • Provide creative direction for banners, text ads, images and landing pages.
  • Understanding of various media research tools and how to leverage them for strategic insights
  • Advanced presentation and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of pricing models (CPA, CPM, CPC, CPL).
  • Lead development of company website, mobile app and email / CRM program.
  • Possess digital marketing innovation, industry trends, tools and technology, new best practices and digital engagement insights.
  • Leads development of Online Ordering platform within strong knowledge of mobile app.
  • Drive search strategy (SEM and SEO), aligned with overarching brand strategic priorities.
  • Effectively develop, execute, manage and optimize paid search, shopping, display & social media campaigns on time and within budget on major search engines including Google, Bing and various smaller engines.
CRM:
  • Grow the reach and overall effectiveness of our email marketing program including membership list growth / acquisition.
  • Data integration / segmentation for email
  • Develop long-term CRM strategy including development of loyalty program and cross channel integration.
Data Insights:
  • Identify data driven insights that inform marketing strategies and connect with high value audiences to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Lead development of data reporting and optimizations
IT Integration:
  • Work with internal teams and partner agencies to oversee and monitor ongoing campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are executed properly and are meeting goals.
  • Light programming responsibilities related to online ordering platform.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with well-known brands and high-profile campaigns.
  • A Hard-earned fear of hitting the email send button.
  • Retail and or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills.
  • Improve digital KPIs via a strong analytical mindset.
  • Experience writing and optimizing ad copy is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 5+ years of media and digital planning via agency or in-house client side.
Creative Skills Required:
  • Excellent skills with design and photo-editing software’s.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative ideas.
  • Strong eye for visual composition.
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
