Overall Function
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our organization.
- As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online brand visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and the ability to manage a team to execute campaigns successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with other departments, agencies, and external partners to align marketing efforts and achieve cross-functional goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice, SEO strategy, and audience needs.
- Manage search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and oversee search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Adaptability and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Remuneration
N600,000 - N800,000 (Net) Monthly.
