Background

Role Description
- As a Digital Marketer at [Startup Name], you will play a critical role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that have a direct impact on the growth and success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and content, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation.
- Manage social media accounts and communities, including content planning, posting, engagement, and analysis.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software, Google Analytics, & SEO tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
