Position: Mechanical Engineer (MENGR)
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review ITT documents and clarify issues with client during project proposal
  • Prepare mechanical data sheets and specifications
  • Develop manufacturing drawings
  • Preparation of technical Bid evaluation
  • FEED Verification Vendor print review and RFQ Preparation
  • Confer with system engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
Qualification & Experience

Position: Electrical Engineer (EENGR)

Position: Civil Engineer (CENGR)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare detail design for foundation, drainage, road etc.
  • Review and modification of Shop drawing and routine contract administration
  • Produce structure design and sketches to incorporate in drawing
  • FEED verification
  • Perform structure design in line with work scope and standard
  • Take part in structural Design at the request of the Structural coordinator.
Qualification & Experience
  • University degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8yrs cognate experience in major oil and gas facilities civil engineering design.
  • Proficiency in application of Auto CAD, Excel, MS Office, STAAD Pro. V8i, GRL Weap 20.
Position: Structural Engineer (SENGR)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare FEED clarification for structure and detail engineering drawing
  • Analysis of configurations of basic structural components of structures
  • Prepare comment sheet to be issued to subcontractor
  • Planning of work sequence to ensure work is completed in accordance with schedule
  • Prepare Structure calculation sheet and bill of material
  • Liaising with other designers to agree on safe designs and their fit with the concept of construction
  • Prepare structural design specifications
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum of university degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
  • 8yrs cognate experience in oil and gas facilities engineering

Position: Heavy Equipment Manager (HEMGR)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Construction equipment usage planning, and coordination,
  • Prepare the construction equipment maintenance schedule
  • Prepare spare parts procurement schedule as well as maintain good storage and management system
  • Inspect all equipment for construction and certification by Client prior to mobilization to the worksite.
  • Coordinate all the work of heavy equipment section.
Qualification & Experience
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent with a min of 10yrs experience in major plant construction firm
Position: Piping Engineer (PIPENGR)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Drawings (Plot Plan, General Arrangements, Isometric, Alignment, Support drawings)
  • Conceptualize plans, details and sections to accurately convey construction or fabrication requirements.
  • Checking and back checking computer modelings and piping drawings
  • FEED Verification
  • P&ID interpretation
  • Identification of Tie- in Points on the P&ID and on the existing facilities in site.
  • AUTO CAD work
Qualification & Experience
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent with min of 8yrs experience in the Oil & Gas industry facilities design.
  • Proficiency in application of Auto CAD, Excel, MS Office, Navis works, Ceasar II & PDMS
Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review all report about Project
  • Analyze the Cost and Schedule Impact about Critical Issues in Project
  • Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales
  • Report all about Forecasted Cost, Schedule, etc.
  • Extension of time calculation and preparation of variation orders.
Qualification & Experience
  • University degree or equivalent with a minimum 12yrs or more of direct experience in oil & gas facilities project projects.
  • Expert knowledge of plant construction work sequence in oil & gas infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to interpret electrical
Position: Project Control/Technical Operations Manager (PCTOM)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Guide and direct resolution of project difficulties and complex control problems.
  • Interact with client and attend regular project meetings
  • Develop and maintain established standards to exhibit schedule and plan hierarchy
  • Determine design changes and schedule slippages impact
  • Recommend project control systems to satisfy project requirement
  • Invoicing to Client on milestone & work progress basis
  • Create, review and manage project schedules to identify progress, lead times and project sequences
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree qualification in Engineering/Project Management discipline

Position: Electrical Work Coordinator/Foreman (EWCF)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assessment/Determination of equipment, material and labour needed to complete whole task.
  • Coordinates the services and activities of sub-contractors as assigned for the purpose of ensuring that contracted work is completed in a safe, effective and timely manner
  • Directs and coordinates all electrical installation works in line with detailed engineering drawings
  • Responsible for manpower distribution and scheduling for electrical works
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant Electrical work coordination experience in Oil and Gas facilities project
  • Minimum of HND certificate

Position: NDE Supervisor/Manager (NDEMGR)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform material identification and traceability through applicable heat numbers
  • Review of Mill Test Reports (MTR) for piping items and welding consumables
  • Verification of availability & control of welding consumables
  • Identify welds, for Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) and provide instructions.
  • Periodic inspections to ensure correct Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) are being-used
  • Review Radiographic Testing (RT) films and Accept/Reject RT reports provided.
  • Review and accept/reject all other NDE reports PWHT reports
  • Verify hydro-test arrangements and check Non Destructive Examination (NDE) completion for compliance to code and client requirement.
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum of university degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent, ASNT Level II
  • 10 years experience in NDE works in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical facilities projects
  • Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test API 510 and Valid Eye Test,
Position: Process Engineer (PENGR)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform Process Detail Engineering
  • Perform Interdisciplinary Support during bidding and detail design
  • Prepare AS-Built documents for Hand-Over to client
  • Review ITT documents and clarify issues with client during project proposal
  • Attend FEED/ITT Clarification meetings with client

Position: Cost & Budget Controller (CBC)
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Implement internal procedures to facilitate job function and responsibilities
  • Control and coordinate approval processes in relation to project budgets and revisions
  • Control project costs and expenses
  • Ensure adequate cost savings and efficiency
  • Ensure project milestone billing and collections, Variations, correspondences are done on a timely basis
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Business/Social sciences and/or Engineering & Project Management discipline
  • Minimum of 8-10yrs cognate experience in oil & gas construction industry.

Position: HSE Engineer (HSEENGR)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manpower planning, forecasting and HSE resources to support the Project
  • Coordinate HSE activities on the Project
  • Ensure HSE Program is an integral part of the Project and that the design is risk-based.
  • Organize, carry out and attend any scheduled HSE audits
  • Coordinate and compile HSE input during engineering to Project progress report Noise Control in Design.
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree qualification in Social Science and/or Engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 8yrs cognate experience in oil and gas industry construction work
  • Self-confident, able to execute position responsibilities with minimal guidance
  • Demonstrate expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint or equivalent software
Position: Commissioning Coordinator (CCRD)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for System Commissioning Execution Plan, Budget, Equipment Data Sheet Review. Static and Dynamic Testing Procedures.
  • Conducts Risk Assessment to ensure proper work methods and safe work conditions.
  • Responsible for Plant General Inspection and Safety Audit programmes for commissioning operations.

Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree qualification in relevant science and/or Engineering discipline
  • 10 years of relevant commissioning experience in Oil & Gas production and processing facilities
  • Experience of working in compliance with International Standards

Position: Instrumentation & Control Engineer (ICENGR)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • P&1D Interpretation.
  • Design and preparation of instrument data sheet.
  • Design instrument layout and drawings
  • Review as well as verify FEED documents and Drawings
  • Review Instrument Vendor Print Documents
  • Prepared As-Built document as part of hand-over document to Client.
  • Design & preparation of pneumatic, process and electrical hook ups.
  • Design and prepare technical specifications
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & instrumentation Engineering
  • 8yrs cognate experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, INSTRU CALC 7.0, Intools
  • Ample understanding and command in specific control disciplines such as advanced process control (APC), distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)
Position: Instrumentation Specialist (IS)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare, plan, update and ascertain the functionality of equipment
  • Carry out Loop checks
  • Installation of pressure transmitters/guages, junction boxex
  • Instrument cable wiring, cable tray routing
  • Instrument calibration.
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum of HND in Electronics & instrumentation Engineering Discipline
  • 10 years cognate experience as an instrumentation specialist
