Position Overview

  • We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and company processes.

Issue Resolution:

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-up until resolution.

Record Keeping:

  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of customer records.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and technical support, to address customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or customer pain points.

Order Processing:

  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the system for all customer transactions.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for feedback and satisfaction checks.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
