Job Title: Female Customer Service Executive

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identifying customers’ needs to clarify information, research every issue with the department concern, and providing solutions for customers
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations and information on prospects in a comprehensible way.
  • Manage online queries and request from customers on the web and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Following the company's call center “scripts” when handling different health challenges from customers

Requirements

  • Our ideal candidate must be a FEMALE and should possess a Degree in Biological Sciences with relevant ICT/Social media skills and good phone etiquette
  • She must be a resident of Festac/Amuwo Odofin, Lagos, or their environs.
