We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Customer Experience Representative
Location: Ikeja Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience ( OND: 2-3 years or HND/B.Sc: 1-2 yeará¹£)
  • Result driven, timely, innovative with good negotiating skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task, work independently or within a team
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel
  • IT & Phone savvy.
  • Female Applicants preferably, not above 30years
  • Must possess excellent written and communication skills.
  • Persuasive personality with outgoing positive attitude Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers

Responsibilities

  • Receives customers' requests by telephone / mail, analyzes requests and respond accordingly
  • Assists in resolving customer problems and complaints.
  • Involve in all forms of advertisement drive.
  • General office duties.
  • Applicants must have a Government issued ID, Original School Certificate and reside in Lagos, preferably within 15km of Ikeja.
  • Recruit new customers and do follow up
  • Digital marketing & Cold calling
