Job Title: Head, Internal Control

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related field
• Must be a member of any related professional body
• A minimum of 5 years proven working experience in a similar role
• Advanced computer skills on ms office, accounting software and databases
• Ability to manage large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Sound independent judgement

Job Title: Head of Recovery

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND from any related field
• Minimum of 5years’ proven experience in microfinance operations directly dealing with delinquent clients and other Problem solving situations.
• Must have strong analytical and problem –solving skills
• Must have good computer literacy and e mail
• Must be fluent in English language(both written and spoken)
• Must have the ability  to make fair and ethical decisions in tough circumstances
• Must be very organized in order to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• High self-motivation with strong interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to motivate and persuade others, particularly delinquent clients to repay debt
• Ability to think outside the box(creative thinking)

Job Title: Reconciliation Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven working experience performing related roles in a structured business environment.
• Capacity to meet dead lines
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Knowledge and application of related accounting standard 

Job Title: Chief Finance Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related field
• Must be a member of any accounting professional body
• Knowledge and application of related accounting standard including IFRS 9 etc.
• A minimum of 5 years’ proven working experience as a head of finance or a senior role.
• Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting software.

Job Title: Head, HR & Admin

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration and any other related field
• Member of any related professional body
• A minimum of 5years proven working experience in a similar role
• Must have good computer literacy
• Must be fluent in English language both in written and spoken
• Ability to make decision and coordinate team members and tasks.
