Job Title: Merchandiser
Locations: Lagos Island, Trade Fair - Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Generating leads
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Marketing products to Supermarkets and other local stores
- Selling products to customers
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Increase sales of products
- Promoting products and covering designated locations
- Supplying customers at designated locations when orders are placed
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Requirements
- High School Certificate or OND Holder with 1-2 years experience
- Hands-on experience in sales
- Must have proven experience with FMCG
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Must be smart and result-oriented
- Must be ready to work on the field
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside either in Lagos Island (Apogbon) or Trade Fair.
Salary
N40,000 / month.

Job Title: Male Cashier
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
- Redeem stamps and coupons.
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
- Bag, box or gift-wrap packages.
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
Requirements
- Must possess SSCE or OND Certificate.
- 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Work experience as a Retail Cashier.
- Basic PC knowledge.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.
- Good math skills..
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
- Must reside around Lagos Islandi, Victoria Island or Ikoyi.
- Must be available to work on weekends
- Must be willing to work night shifts
Salary
N25,000 - N30,000 / month.
